In the unlikely event you are unsatisfied by the service provided by Green Driver Training or about the conduct of your trainer, there is a simple procedure you can follow.
- Complaints would be made in the first instance to the trainer concerned. All Approved Driving Instructors are bound by the Driving Standards Agency’s Code of Practice. This includes guidelines on personal conduct, business dealings, advertising and conciliation.
- If the matter is not resolved, or if you wish to contact management regarding the issue, then please write to:
Kate Pearson
52 Meadow Road
Wirral
CH48 9XL
Or email:
info@greendrivertraining.co.uk
We will make full investigations into your complaint and reply in writing within 28 days. If the matter is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may write to:
The Registrar of Approved Driving Instructors
Driving Standards Agency
The Axis Building
112 Upper Parliament St,
Nottingham
NG1 6LP
Should the registrar be unable to settle the dispute he or she may set up a panel, with representatives of the ADI industry, to consider the matter further or advise that the matter should be referred to the courts or other statutory body to be determined.
