All lessons MUST be paid for.

All training will be provided on a 1:1 basis, unless agreed otherwise.

Lesson fees exclude DVSA test fees.

Payments for lessons must be made 48 hours before the lesson starts and in full. This is to protect our instructors from last minute cancellations.

Refunds cannot be given after the training has taken place unless there are serious grounds and the complaints procedure has been followed.

Refunds issued minus any training sessions already delivered (which will be charged at the current rate of that driving instructor) as well as a 20% administrative charge, unless there are serious grounds and the complaints procedure has been followed.

Fees for the ADI basic package include access to Theory Test Pro, 10 hours in car training for the ADI part 2 test and 40 hours in car training for the ADI part 3 test. It will also include DVSA recommended materials such as The Driving Instructors Handbook, Practical Teaching Skills for Driving Instructors and a quality teaching aid for the part 3 test and general teaching throughout the future career.

You are responsible for informing your trainer of any change of address or contact details such as home telephone, mobile phone and email address.

You are responsible for informing the DVSA as well as your trainer of any changes to your eyesight and any medical conditions that may affect your ability to drive.

If you require prescription glasses to drive, it is your responsibility to wear them on every driving session. IT IS AN OFFENCE TO DRIVE WITHOUT THEM.

It is your responsibility to make sure any medications you are taking do not affect your ability to drive.

The right to refuse training is reserved for any trainee who presents themselves to a training session under the influence of drink or drugs. Your training session will not go ahead, full payment for that session and any session booked 48 hours after will be charged and any commitments or contracts will be terminated.

You must give 48 hours notice if you are unable to attend any training session(s) to avoid incurring additional costs.

We reserve the right to withdraw our vehicle(s) (at any time) for practical tests should the trainee prove not to be test standard or at any point during a lesson if the trainee is deliberately unsafe or acting in a way that would give cause for the instructor to think they are under the influence of alcohol or drugs (whether prescription or illegal).
